What is SSC CGL
SSC CGL is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the SSC for recruitment to Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ posts in various departments. the SSC CGL exam full form is Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination.
The examination consists of a written test followed by an interview. The written test comprises four sections – General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension. Candidates need to secure qualifying marks in each section as well as the overall written test in order to be eligible for the interview.

SSC CGL syllabus
Aspiring candidates who wish to appear for the SSC CGL exam must be aware of the syllabus in order to prepare well for the exam. The SSC CGL syllabus covers 4 sections – General Intelligence & Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness. Candidates must make sure to go through each section thoroughly in order to score well in the exam.
The General Intelligence & Reasoning section tests a candidate’s ability to solve problems and think logically. The English Language section assesses a candidate’s reading, writing, and comprehension skills. The Quantitative Aptitude section measures a candidate’s mathematical skills, while the General Awareness section tests a candidate’s knowledge of current affairs and general knowledge.
